Chris is a recent PhD graduate from Princeton University's Department of Chemical & Biological Engineering.
His career has formed around an attraction towards interdisciplinary sciences, analytical problem solving, and communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences. Originally from Eastchester, New York, he completed his Bachelor's degree at CUNY's William E. Macaulay Honors College, where he studied Chemical Engineering and Mathematics and graduated as Valedictorian of the Grove School of Engineering. He started his PhD at Princeton in 2018, joining PT Brun's Liquids & Elasticity Lab until graduating in 2024. There he studied the mechanics of soft matter systems, with a focus on fluidic manufacturing and the interplay between elasticity, capillarity, and confinement.
Since completing his doctorate, Chris has searched for impact-driven career opportunities that dive deeper into how people engage with novel technologies. He is currently based in Brooklyn, NY.
